sublime 的 package control 出错，需要更新了。
最近接了个外包顺便尝试用一下百度fis，正在一边研究一边找工具的时候发现sublime的package control请求插件列表时出错了，ctrl+`看了一下发现原来的列表地址已经请求不到内容了所以才会出错。
只要更新一下就可以解决，ctrl+`之后输入以下内容回车，等待安装完成重启sublime text即可！
